By registering for Fast Cash Mailer you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Fast Cash Mailer, you may only register for one Fast Cash Mailer account.

You may not promote Fast Cash Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Fast Cash Mailer in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Fast Cash Mailer account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Fast Cash Mailer. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Fast Cash Mailer is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Fast Cash Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Fast Cash Mailer account may also be deleted.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites.

*Fast Cash Mailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

Refund Policy

12. Affiliate Agreement

You agree to provide all information requested by FastCashMailer in connection with your Affiliate application and/or your continued participation as a FastCashMailer Affiliate, and you affirm that all information that you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete (without material omission). You understand and agree that Fastcashmailer retains sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether you qualify for participation in Fastcashmailer’ Affiliate Program. Not everyone who applies for FastCashMailer’ Affiliate Program will qualify to participate.
You expressly consent to be contacted at the email address, phone number and address You provide about Your application and the Affiliate Program, including through automated dialing systems, texts, and artificial or pre-recorded messages, whether by Fastcashmailer or a third-party on behalf of Fastcashmailer. This consent is a material condition of this Agreement and may not be revoked except in writing signed by both Parties. You understand and agree that the foregoing method is the only reasonable method of opting out. You further agree that any other method of opting-out is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or access the Services. The information of children under the age of 18 is not deliberately collected personal information by Fastcashmailer. By sending information to Fastcashmailer, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site and Services with your parent or guardian's permission.
Fastcashmailer, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program, or any other Fastcashmailer service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods, or in any way that we deem to violate our Terms of Service. fastcashmailer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
By joining fastcashmailer you will have access to your own affiliate area. That affiliate area will only be for earning of credits from people you refer at random rates that have no dollar value or any currency value. It is up to the discretion of fastcashmailer to approve or reject any commissions. If approved to be part of the commission affiliate agreement fastcashmailer reserves the right at it's own discretion if a commission should be awarded/paid to the affiliate or not due to any number of reasons such as charge backs, fraudulent or the result of any violation of this agreement or applicable law or any other reason there are no limits.
Indemnity
You agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless fastcashmailer, its officers, directors, employees, owner(s), and parent company(ies) and assigns from and against all claims, demands, and causes of action of every kind and character without limitation arising out of or related to your conduct, acts, or omissions related to your application and/or performance of this Agreement including, but not limited to, any breach of this Agreement. Your indemnity obligation includes, but is not limited to, any third party claim against fastcashmailer for liability or payments for damages caused by, or other liability relating to, you, including but not limited to alleged noncompliance with applicable laws. This provision expressly survives the termination of this Agreement.
Independent Investigation
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY AT ANY TIME (DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) SOLICIT CUSTOMER REFERRALS ON TERMS THAT MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OPERATE WEB SITES THAT ARE SIMILAR TO OR COMPETE WITH YOUR WEB SITE. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE, OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
Arbitration
Any dispute relating in any way to this Agreement (including any actual or alleged breach hereof), any transactions or activities under this Agreement or your relationship with us or any of our affiliates shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Lake County, Montana, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court (and you consent to non-exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts) or any other court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
